“My rental Tesla ran out of charge 5 feet from charging station and Leon came to assist. The Tesla was completely dead so Leon patiently figured out how to jump start the car through the frunk. The wires were hidden deep within but he managed to: get to them, jump the car, charge the car and eventually save the day. I was a few minutes away from giving up and having Hertz tow the car (with all my stuff inside inaccessible because doors would not open from outside). However, Leon was incredible and persisted to solve the issue. If you’re in need, please give them a call ASAP! Thanks Leon!!!”

“I had to search for a towing company who would do a vehicle recovery for my nephew’s accident. I called Action and spoke with Richard. He answered quickly and requested photos to assess the situation. He responded that he was on his way. He arrived shortly. Before we knew it (close to 20 minutes), they had the car out of the ravine and ready to tow away!! Did I mention that ALLL of this was done on Christmas morning?! “I was impressed with the service I received from the personnel answering the phone at the office to the tow driver, Joey. Joey impressed me the most because he was knowledgeable and very professional. I was prepared for the worst car problem aince it wouldn’t start. After he checked my battery we found that was the issue.
