“365 towing has hands down been the best towing company I've ever used. The phone call was professional, direct, informative, and yet still cracked jokes. Michael, the driver, pulled up and got the car hooked up, strapped down, and transported within minutes with the utmost proficiency all while keeping a conversation goin. True professionals at their craft and I couldn't recommend them more!”

“I had to search for a towing company who would do a vehicle recovery for my nephew’s accident. I called Action and spoke with Richard. He answered quickly and requested photos to assess the situation. He responded that he was on his way. He arrived shortly. Before we knew it (close to 20 minutes), they had the car out of the ravine and ready to tow away!! Did I mention that ALLL of this was done on Christmas morning?! Thanks Action for making our holiday better than it started!”

“I was impressed with the service I received from the personnel answering the phone at the office to the tow driver, Joey. Joey impressed me the most because he was knowledgeable and very professional. I was prepared for the worst car problem aince it wouldn’t start. After he checked my battery we found that was the issue. I think some would of found this annoying since it was about 10pm but I received nothing but a feeling of happy to help. Thanks again Absolute Towing, I will definitely recommend and Iv saved the number now in my contacts if I ever need it!”

“I had a great experience at Phil’s Service. They repair some aviator door, service port, and replaced freon. Their prices were very affordable, and they got my vehicle repaired much faster than I expected. The staff was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work. Excellent customer service, quality work, and quick turnaround make this a shop I would highly recommend to anyone needing auto repairs in the Killeen area.”

“Update I want to give a huge thank you to Killeen Towing and Recovery for the excellent service I received both times I needed help with my vehicle. On March 29, my car broke down and George came out to tow it to another location. He was professional, helpful, and made a stressful situation much easier. Then today, I needed the same vehicle towed back to my home, and Ben handled the tow. He was also very professional, courteous, and provided great customer service from start to finish. It’s rare to have such positive experiences twice in a row, especially during stressful situations. I truly appreciate both George and Ben for their kindness, professionalism, and care with my vehicle. Highly recommend Killeen Towing and Recovery! Today I needed to have my vehicle towed to a body shop and KTR was at my home in a timely manner. Kevin the tow truck driver had my vehicle hooked and and ready to roll within minutes. He was very professional and experienced. I will continue to recommend KTR to anyone needing roadside assistance. Thank you KTR for a 5 star experience.”
