The staff is friendly and efficient, but was disappointed that I was charged $4.43 for a plain white shipping bag for a return to Macy’s! I could see charging a dollar, but not $4.09 + tax!
I checked prices and a bag costs about 50 cents a piece! BIG MARK UP!
