“Hello, I’m new to the Fort Worth area, I was praying for a honest , thorough, mechanic. I read the reviews on this place. OMG!!!! In my opinion our reviews are not doing this place justice. Steve the owner and the employees are kind and professional. The customer service are a cut above what I’ve personally experienced. For me It’s has been hard to find mechanics to see as a person instead of $$$$. Not saying all have treated me in this manner but my passed experiences has left me skeptical. I rarely write reviews, I just think this place is review worthy. They didn’t look at me as a dollar sign. Thank you, Steve and company.”

“I called on a Thursday for our 2012 Suburban's brakes squealing.Steve, Kevin and team had me booked for an appointment first thing Monday morning and new front brakes/rotors (and an oil change too!) just in time to pick up my kids from school. Love the attention to detail. They also didn't charge an arm and leg unlike some nearby competition. I also appreciate the welcoming, personable and trustworthy nature of the Benbrook Car Care team. “Mr.Marks Auto Repair has been great to me. This is my first experience with this repair shop and now I won't be going anywhere else. I specifically give five stars because Mark took the time to call me and tell me what had been done, why it had been done and how much it would cost. He also called me again after testing the vehicle after the repairs had been completed.I really appreciate his thorough review, pride in his work and honesty throughout the process.I can't forget to include how quickly the work was completed and he even told me about back up in parts delivery to his shop due to freezing weather.It's these kind of honest details that he informed of (which he didn't have to tell me) that make me trust him and his company even more.My car repair was for to a vehicle with three warning lights on and Mr. Marks fixed all of the problems for a fair and reasonable price.
