“I lived in that area most of my life in Fort Worth. I don't live in the area anymore. I would go here whenever I needed a quick oil change and my daughter would take her car there when she was younger. We always felt comfortable at this shop. I needed an oil change and drove to the west side just for this place to change my oil. I feel better than going to a 5 min oil change places. I have always had great service thats why I keep going back. It's been around 20 years that I have taken my business there. I would recommend.”
“Not only did the car dealer want to charge me $11k to fix the problem they charged me $200 just to diagnose it. Came here and they were able to fix it for $300 not $11k….. Everyone here was nice, helpful and quick I was able to get my car back the next day. They went above and beyond for me. they called and asked if I was able to pick it up before closing and I told them I could that I just had to order and wait for an Uber but he said not to worry that he could come pick me up to get my car!!! This is the only place I will be going to from now on!!”

I always trust my car in his hands whether it’s an oil change or any repair! The repairs were done here quicker and at a much lower cost than what I was quoted somewhere else!! Local and I love it! “Purchased a used Ford Explorer from Sam Packs Five Star Ford in N.Richland Hills(review of that upcoming) ends up the water pump was faulty and a valve gasket was also leaking oil! Nothing was said about any of that by salesman. However, this is to review and highly recommend Tilden Car Care. Tilden diagnosed the faulty water pump in minutes long before it could have damaged the motor. The repair was top notch yet they went a step further by replacing the faulty head gasket and charging the AC for free-free is not a misprint! Along with the stellar service and treatment, I was given free rides to and from my home. $1700 is a lot of money but it is well below what Dealerships charge for the same job. So, go talk to Andrew and Hunter when you have a big or small car issue. Veteran and Senior discounts apply! Thanks guys!”
