“Visited the shop for diff & lube services on the XC60 Volvo on the vehicle lift. Shop was very well organized, clean and extremely well managed. Shop-keepers were very helpful providing me with an initial walk-through tour of the facility, as a first-time user of this location. Tools and equipment are maintained and each lift/bay rental comes with a fully furnished general mechanics' tool set and ample work bench space.

The financial cost $avings is phenomenal and very beneficial to fellow veterans and active members, in today's car maintenance industry where seems that everyone is trying to pull one over on everyone. Anjelika was so friendly, kind, attentive, and provided superb customer service. She informed me how long their services would take, and they also provide updates via app. In which it informs you once your car has been checked in, it's being worked on, etc. It gave me time to do some shopping, and they also have an area to put the shopping cart back if you park right in front of the auto care center. It's so convenient and helpful for sure.

The service tech was Justin I, and he's the one who worked on my car. The services were a new battery and an oil change. It looked like he did a great job.
