I walked in was greated by the staff. I explained to them, I was there to brouse, and that IF I had any questions, I would definitely reach out and that I didn't need assistance.
Less than 1 minute later, here's the staff talking to me from across the floor, walking towards me, asking me if I needed help, what I was there for and if I had a patio....
I get it, you're there to sell. If someone is there to brouse, let them.

I was contacted immediately by the store owner. He was able to email me several items that i had been looking for. After a few emails, I did return to the store and was able to find and purchase EXACTLY what I was looking for...

“We went in for a new remote for our 2016 model bed. Browsing the store after it was determined that we needed to contact Sleep Number customer service my wife and I were asking questions about the newer model beds and advancements of newer model beds.
After some discussion with the salesman my wife and I agreed that we should upgrade our bed. Honestly I believe we were on the same wavelength walking into the store that we wanted to upgrade our bed.
I can only speak in the highest regard for all three of the sales people in the store, for all three answered different questions during our time in the store.”
