“Incredible experience. We were still at the beginning of our search for an engagement ring when we first walked into Sovereign Jewelry Company. Even though we were still trying to decide what we wanted and just looking for ideas, Branden gave us his full attention and talked to us about potential designs based on our vague ideas and thoughts. After we left and spent the night looking over some of his other work and photos of rings we had seen other places that we liked parts of, we went right back to Sovereign Jewelry the next day. Even though we only had a few things we knew we liked Branden collaborated with us and talked to us about how it could all tie together. He made sketches to show us how those ideas would combine, helping us keep it focused and true to our overall vision instead of just being an unwieldy mass of impractical ideas crammed all together. Ultimately, we went with a custom design that he created incorporating all the things we knew we wanted and suggestions he gave us to compliment our ideas.We had high hopes and it turned out even better than we could have asked. Between the way the diamonds are set and the beautiful, engraved patterns on the band, the entire ring sparkles no matter what angle you’re looking at it from. It’s almost magical.I can’t recommend him enough. He and his wife are both friendly and accommodating at the shop and genuinely want to help you find something you’ll love. And, on top of that, he has the skill to bring those ideas into existence.”

The dressing room concept is just amazing and the atmosphere is quite lovely. The prices are also very reasonable for this style of boutique. “I bought my a wife a new wedding ring at Kay’s at Northeast Mall for her birthday and Valentine’s Day. It wasn’t the correct size and she wanted to shop a little and make sure of what she wanted. We ended up back in Kay’s in Hulen Mall and got to work with Abigail. She was incredible. Great experience. Abigail was very knowledgeable and showed lots of options explaining why she thought one option was better than another. We ended up buying the same ring I had purchased before except the correct size. We will continue to shop jewelry from Kay’s and hopefully with Abigail.”

“This jeweler is a little "gem" located within the Benbrook Antique Mall. He was able to fix my ten year old Seiko Eco-Drive watch for a reasonable price and explained to me that while Eco-Drive watches technically do not have batteries, they DO have capicators that last an average of ten years and have to be replaced...like a battery, but way more expensive. (Seiko, you are misleading consumers, but that is a completely separate issue. Lol!) This jeweler also sells new and retro jewelry, which he keeps sparkling CLEAN! It was fun to browse while dropping off my watch, and being able to look around at the AMAZING antique store was just a bonus!”
