Jessica is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and she cares about her customers. I came in last year to get my diamond replaced but when I moved over an hour away I decided to work with another helzberg location (which was a less than ideal experience). When I decided to go back to this location, Jessica not only remembered me and my situation, she even remembered the specific diamond I would need for my ring. She made me feel special and she took the time to accommodate my needs. Her communication was impeccable (from the expectation of my repair to the break down of the charges) and she went above and beyond to make my experience one I will never forget. I wasn’t just a sale to her and I greatly value and appreciate her for that. Keep up the amazing work. You are an anomaly in todays “customer service world”. THANK YOU A MILLION!”

Nicole looked through my Pinterest board prior to my appointment and she got my vibe IMMEDIATELY. We clicked so well, I felt like I was with a friend. She took into consideration how sensitive my skin was and avoided materials that irritated and inflamed, stayed true to my vision. Turns out that the dress was her personal pick from what I had envisioned from my Pinterest board. Then she added the bolero on top and it was absolute perfection. She followed my vision to a T and added in helpful points like the pickups on the side of the dress and it sold it for me. So personally I wanted to thank you sweet girl.
