“I feel the Postmaster Richard went above and beyond to locate my missing live Queen Bee that had been shipped to the wrong Post Office mistakenly. I had contacted him yesterday afternoon to see if he could help me find out where she was and why she hadn’t been delivered yet because the tracking showed she was still in Houston. He tried to follow up at that time and was seeing the same information, but said he would follow up with it first thing the following morning(today) to see if he could locate her. He contacted me first thing this morning and found out where she had been mistakenly shipped to, and contacted that post office to see if they would hold her so we would be able to go pick her up. We were concerned because of the time she had already spent in the mail. I am really grateful that he was willing to go that extra mile for me and I could tell there was actual concern in his voice about her well-being due to her prolonged arrival. The queen and her retinue were all still alive and active but that outcome could’ve been very different if they’d had to spend a few more days in the mail. Thanks again to Richard for going that extra mile.?”
