“Amazing customer service! I was frazzled walking in and they were quick to help us out! Tire pressure light came on while on the way to our destination for a weekend trip from Fort Worth. I’m glad i stopped to get my tires checked because i had a nail in one of the back tires! The wait was not long and we were back on the road to San Antonio within no time! Super helpful and kind! Everyone there was amazing!”

“Kelvin and Nick saved my life. I drove all the way from Wichita Falls Texas to Waco to pick up a vehicle allegedly in very good condition. Come to find out I had four rotted tires and would have never made it home. I called 30 minutes before closing I told Mr Kelvin what the problem was and he was so kind of hearted and he let me come in and him and Nick stayed till after 7:30 to help me out. “Went in for a plug, there was a younger guy (seemed less experienced) while attempting to repair the tire he SCRATCHED the wheel. The more experienced tire tech noticed what he was doing and stopped him immediately. He then came over and explained what happens to me. I'll be honest, I was highly upset that this happened, but the fact they wasted no time in letting me know the situation is what will get my repeat business. Accidents do happen and for me it's the honesty and service that'll keep me coming back. Yes I do recommend this shop based off of honesty and fast service.”

“Walking in the selections of rims and tires is crazy, they have pretty much anything you could want there. That definitely wasn't the best part tho Rosalyn I believe was her name( im so sorry if I misspelled it) she is the whole reason I decided to go through and make a purchase. She was super quick and getting us in and out. She made my wife and I feel very welcomed, we were offered water while we waited for the services to be finished.
