Stephen, the post master, helped me with a package that was delivered to the wrong address. He went above and beyond and I'm so thankful! I understand accidents happen, we all make mistakes but I loved the way it was handled! Fast and friendly! Thanks to everyone at the Big Sandy post office!!!!
