Excellent service when you walk in and want to send something. But I don't know how many times my Amazon packages showed up Big Sandy, only to be sent to Shreveport, then to Dallas and then end up in Big Sandy again. More than once they've sent my packages circling around the United States instead of delivering them when they receive them, making them several days late or more.

This is a shout out for Steven Steversome (I hope that is the correct last name) This gentleman went above and beyond to find my missing package! Four days he called me and to let me know what was going on! And in the end he recovered my package! What an asset to have him on board working for the US Postal Service in Big Sandy! Such a kind, professional and dedicated employee! Thank you Steven! You are the Tops!

Everyone there has a great attitude. They come to the counter and get customers in and out with a great attitude. I have never seen a clerk leave their station when a customer is standing in line although I have seen it at other post offices.

A nice woman helped me when I was trying got renew my passport she corrected me on a number of things to help me get it to the proper location in the proper packaging because I hadn't had the first clue. 10/10 When I mail something again in 10 years I'll be mailing my mail from this mail hot spot, I can assure you of that!

Great service going the extra mile to help. The carrier even left a personal note twice in my mailbox apoligizing for leaving mail for someone no longer at my address.

Best service ever. I was expecting a package which got sent to the wrong city, then disappeared. Waylon worked with me for two weeks and finally located package, drove to that city and picked it up and brought it back with him. He then called me and told to come pick it up. So thankful. I don't know any other postal worker who would have done that.
