“I ran over a piece of tire on the interstate and my car started making some noise. I was able to make it to Big Spring and looked up some places online and found this spot. I pulled in and told the gentleman what happened. He helped me immediately and gave me a temporary solution until I get back to my destination to get my car fixed. The problem will require getting my insurance involved. He was extremely fair with pricing. If you live in Big Spring or just passing through on I-20 and need a repair shop...this is your place! Star Ford. They assessed the need and ordered the necessary parts. They called when the parts arrived and completed the necessary repairs quickly.”
“I met Richard ,he was very respectful and polite (customer service 100%) he's so good at what he does ,he was booked for the whole day. So he couldn't get my car in. But as I needed it done that day ( I do my own work on my cars , just didn't know what was wrong with itthis time.) he told me exactly what was wrong my car( Spark plugs And Coils Misfiring) great advice I was able to get back on the road and the car is running at 100%, would recommend anyone to use him .10 out of 10 mechanic, you don't come across mechanics like him very often nowadays.”
