“One of the best things i have found in this store is the community coffee. In particular the Cafe de Olla that coffe is so good. But sometimes there is none made. But then yall at least still have hot dogs. The employees are always cool and friendly. All around a good store. This store took a better route in the transition than the others did.”

We strive to have a very safe and clean environment. We work together as a team to make sure that our customers are very satisfied with our customer service and to make sure that we provide a clean safe store at all times.Yes there is going to be those that we may not be able to satisfy all the time, but we strive to keep our customers happy and coming back. This company is one of best companies I have been employed with in my 40 plus years of working with the public. I would like personally thank all of our customers for their business and for continuing to come back and shop with our store. Without them we wouldn't be anything. And I would also like to thank each co worker and manager for all their hard work to make this one of the best stores in our area. “Best Cheeseburgers ? they have very friendly staff I visit the store about 3 times a week. Just today I went in after 9pm to get snacks and use the restroom so men’s restroom had a paper saying restroom closed it’s been cleaned and after a certain hour I think they don’t allow no one use them. So I asked a lady in register “Summer” she said they are closed but then this man goes in the restroom and I had to go so I went in the women’s restroom and this restroom had no sign by the way that it was closed.When I got out Summer was talking about me with the men customer that had got out of the restroom. I then got a snack went to pay and I told “Summer” I really had to go I meant no disrespect and she ignored me and her attitude towards me was very disrespectful. I won’t give the store a bad rating for 1 person ??♀️ really hope she has better days ?”

“Stopped by this store on a whim. Went ahead and ordered some lunch. I got a cheeseburger and Fries. With a fountain drink. I have to say, that was one of the best burgers I have ever had!! I live I Odessa, but will be traveling back to Big Spring soon. Just to have another one of these great big juicy burgers and some super good fries!!”

“I was at the store in Sand Springs Texas. I ordered two cheeseburgers and fries. There was three of us a d we went to sit at one of the tables to wait till it was down. We were told we could not sit since they had all the chairs were on top of the tables at 7:30pm!! Outrageous”

“A Shell Station is a Shell Station is a Shell Station, no more no less. It's a great little convenience store for lotto tickets, snacks, ice, gas and drinks. affordable prices, friendly staff, clean and well lit. adequate parking as most stores of those types go. So nothing really special but it's nice to have them in even small towns like the one I live in much less the major cities.”
