“I am so so happy with this store! Especially Robert. Came in with a battery problem. He installed a new one. However, the car would start and immediately die. Continually. Over and over. He never had that happen. I was there for a very long time. Felt like crying. Oh, I am a 73 year old woman. He kept on trying different things. Researching online. I felt bad for him and myself. So called AAA. Would take 89 minutes to arrive. I live in rural Texas. Sooo, just hanging out. I n an auto parts store in rural Texas. Suddenly, Robert comes in saying, “cancel AAA! Got it running!” He did not give up!! Told me where to take the car for follow up. Fabulous person!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!”
