His location close to the launch ramp, his collaborative mentality, his understanding of the assignment (guys weekend with a broken boat) all contributed to what can only be summarized as the best repair experience I’ve been a part of. Paul picked the phone right up and cared. We gave him the engine model and error codes and before we got the boat to his shop he had parts waiting! A permanent repair was not possible that day, but Paul got everything working such that we didn’t miss a beat and got the boat on the water for a full day!! Have troubles at Canyon Lake?
