“Meeting Yesenia at the front office to get a tour felt like meeting a friend I hadn’t seen in a while. Not only was she approachable but informative and answered every question I had. I’ve since moved in and continue to be impressed by all the staff I’ve met. The maintenance man on site (Michael) to the online support (Abby). There responsiveness is immediate and effective. My neighbors are respectful and considerate and a few have been here going on for 6 years. Other tenants I’ve met seem happy and friendly as well. Location is great ?. Pretty quiet even when the kids ride their bikes outside and play it all stops at a respectful hour.
No pest issues inside my apartment either, it is bright and beautiful. I’m loving this community and hope to enjoy it for many years.”

“Just moved in, and the whole experience has been beyond pleasant. The office staff and maintenance are both helpful and friendly. Made us feel at home immediately. It's a small complex with well-kept grounds and is surprisingly quiet. Backs up to the preserve, and my view from the apartments is amazing and includes some hills! The apartment was clean and well kept when we moved in. Love that we made this decision.”
