He asked all the necessary questions to help me from out of State. He guided me and narrowed down my selections after knowing exactly what I was looking for. By the time I got to Texas to visit the apartments he recommended, he hit a home run immediately. Mike knew exactly what I wanted by speaking to me for a few months prior to my visit. He sent me information and websites of areas, groceries, restaurants just to mention a few. When I arrived, he met me at the apartment at the top of our list. I signed that day and knew it was the one for me. Michael takes a personal interest in his clients. He listens, does the footwork for you. This was the smoothest apartment search I have ever experienced. Thanks to Mike, I will be moving to San Antonio in a month. I felt like I was treated like family and in trustworthy, professional hands. Thank you Mike.”

“So I’ve officially been living here for a month now and have to say it’s been a good experience. Management and staff have been great, really fast when something needs to get addressed. As for the apartments it’s self, it’s well maintained and clean. They have someone come by and clean the hallways constantly. It does have that hotel feel to it walking the hallways, it’s so quiet even on the weekends. My apartment faces the playground at Hemisfair park, it can get loud at times but understandable, it’s the good noise. So much stuff to do here and it’s not even summer. Can’t imagine how it would be once Civic park is done with construction.”

“my experience at the Easton has been absolutely amazing. I have been living here for a full year and I have absolutely no issues maintenance staff super kind always fixes everything when I put in a work order and they always keep me up-to-date if the part is ordered ….NO roaches!! Pest free apt! The staff in the office is honestly one of the most understanding, helpful, professional people I have ever worked with. The price is right for the area, and I have no issues with my neighbors. I would absolutely recommend the apartments to anyone. Don’t wait, go in and tour an apartment and movie in! “My view has changed since living here… I absolutely love it. This apartment is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I don’t have anything to complain about. They are so quick to fix all issues my oven stopped working awhile back. I originally had issues with the packages but other than certain Amazon drivers everything has been great. Not only have we fallen in love with the area we've fallen in love with the community here. We’ve met our neighbors and have even made friends with them. The apartment is good at planning events and getting us all together which if you’re a young adult you’ll love too.”
