“We were traveling from Houston to Arizona and made a last minute reservation to this hotel, just 4 hours before arriving and the rate was less than $100. The hotel has 24 hour desk service which was great for us since we arrived after 11 PM. The staff was friendly and caring. The property was made to feel like a home. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just coffee and muffins but the kitchen was clean and there was a seating area with a fireplace. When I got home to Arizona I realized that I had left something of value in the room. I called the next morning and spoke to the clerk who said they would speak to housekeeping. I later called and spoke to the manager and he said they had found the item and mailed it to me UPS. I told him to charge my card for the cost of the mailing and he only charged me a portion of the postage instead of the whole price. He text me a copy of the shipping receipt so I could track it. You don't see that kind of service very often these days. I will definitely stay there again should I be in the area for any reason!”

“The room was clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens. TV was nice and had pretty good cable service. The beds were comfortable. The restroom was tight and outdated a bit. Unfortunately we had a motorcycle gang staying in the rooms beneath us and they were hanging out late and early the next day in the parking lot; so I wouldn’t let my wife go to our vehicle alone. It was cheapest plane in Boerne to stay in. Downtown is so close and I-10 is close as well.”
