“What a phenomenal business ! I have taken a few phones into them for repair and was very pleased, however this most recent visit was phenomenal. Chip and Matthew were so professional and honest. The purpose of my visit was to repair a damage Iphone. After further review, they both told me that dropping it from my motorcycle did more damage and was unsalvageable. To be honest, I thought that was the case, so I asked both of them about their refurbished phones that had for sale. This is where really made my day. after assesseming my needs, they referred me to the Apple store where I could get exactly what I needed (applecare). I am very hard on phones ! Honesty and integrity is what they both possess. They DID NOT try to sell me something that wasn't right for me. I highly recommend you make a visit to meet them. We need more of this is !! thank you Matthew and Chip, I am now a LOYAL CUSTOMER”
