“We have had this storage unit since we retired and moved to the Boerne area. From our initial meeting to secure a unit to the day we emptied it and moved out, the staff has been very courteous and helpful if needed. The move out process was seamless. If you need a secured, clean area for your extra stuff, please look to this storage facility.”

“Excellent experience making a change to a smaller storage unit. Abbey was very helpful and professional on the phone but even more impressive in person and would highly recommend this place for anyone needing storage help.”
“Katrice has always been willing to help with any needs and goes above and beyond for her tenants. Throughout my time she consistently provided exceptional support, ensuring every request was handled with care and professionalism. Her dedication to tenant satisfaction is unmatched, making this facility a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a manager who truly cares.”
“These guys have been phenomenal with me. They have worked with me. It has not been easy, but they have worked with me thank you guys. I so appreciate it. You are wonderful.”
“Getting set up in a unit was quick and easy. Mike was very knowledgeable and pleasant, explained everything and walked me through the entire process. Bought a lock from their inventory and am ready to move items into unit. It was a plus having someone on site and I like the location and easy access. Received the rest of June at no cost. Highly recommend!”

“I am not even a customer of IStorage but came to that location to pick up my U-Haul. We met Jay, A new employee who was unfamiliar with the U-Haul process but was so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He had such a positive spirit about him and it was very much so appreciated during a frustrating time dealing with U-Haul. Thank you so much, Jay! Your kindness did not go unnoticed and I hope your employer knows what a valuable employee they have in you!!”
“Great location, attentive and caring on-site owners, tons of room to move and park your rig, AMAZING amenities, and competitive pricing. I would recommend American Eagle RV Storage to anyone needing reliable and safe storage for their home away from home!”
“Looked at several competitors in the area. For price and quality of facilities, this is one of the best in the area. Clean and very well maintained. Management is friendly and very helpful.”
“Great place for storage. They offer RV storage as well, their prices beat the competition hands down. The gentleman who runs the place is super friendly and helpful as well. He pointed us the direction of a great local spot to eat! They offer auto-payments too so no goof ups! Highly recommended!”

“This is a great storage place, and it is secure. The staff is always friendly and helps find the right storage size for you. Thank you!! If you are looking for storage, this is a great place to be.”
“Love working with Mary at Uhaul on Main Street in Boerne. She's always easy to work with and takes care of her equipment!! I always choose her location first!”
“I have used this storage facility about 3 years but was over 4 years ago. In that time, the onsite working sweet elderly couple had greatly improved some of the units, if not all, with solid plywood additions inside the units to enable shelf emplacements and to improve safety between units, ensuring no gaps at the bottom or through the top roof of unit. I appreciated these efforts, since some fishing rods were snatched from another similarly styled storage shed in Corpus Christi through a small opening at the top between units. Though it's been over 3 years since I've rented at John's Rd. Mini Storage, I thought it well that I should mention these improvements in at least some of the units (my unit was on the first row, near the house).”
“Just used this storage facility. I had the pleasure of meeting Autumn. Great personality. She made our day and helped my company complete our mission. Their storage facility is one of the best for large household loads. You can drive a 18 wheeler through it. The store we got. I appreciate you all. We will be using this storage facility every time we are in town.”
“Easy, fast and upfront pricing. Other storage companies couldn’t even tell be what they had available or units were wrong sizes . Everything was virtual as well which I loved . Gave me a temporary passcode so I could go pick out my spot and everything was done over the phone or by text. With our busy schedules I found that very convenient and they even gave a 10% for first responders!!!!!”
“I have to admit Taylor has the best customer service around. He was fast, friendly, and the units are affordable!! Definitely glad we chose to to go with these guys!!! We would definitely recommend!!”
