“I’m so happy I chose this Public Storage. I’ve stored my belongings in another Public Storage location a couple of years ago and had the same scenario occur at both. The customer service offered was night & day. Paul is hands down one of the best people I’ve ever encountered. Less than 10 minutes of time and my issue (I created) was resolved! & though we may never cross paths again, somehow I feel I gained a friend!I was so impressed with Paul’s character. The greeting he offers when you open the office door, lights up the room, and lets you know he’s there if we need anything (with proven follow through). Moving is hard. This move among others, was even harder. He may not know just how big of an impact he had on me and my day, but I pray this gets back to him! You made a difference Paul. You made a difference! Thank you! I’m referring anyone that needs storage to this location!”
