“We had a serious medical emergency situation with our sweet corgi Mochi over the weekend. On Monday morning we took him to Herbst to continue his recouperation. Dr. Jones was so kind and informative regarding his recovery ahead and what our options were. We were called and given updates regularly and I always felt like I knew exactly how Mochi was doing. “Last week was tough. It has not been an easy time for my wife and I. We had to put down one of our dogs and I can't thank the entire staff at Boerne Vet Clinic enough. They were all extremely kind, professional and compassionate (down to little comments such as "you can tell he was loved and taken care of very well"). In previous (more routine) visits, I have found the staff and doctors to be very knowledgeable and transparent regarding pricing. We have been to other clinics that felt very pushy in recommending unnecessary and costly services. I would absolutely recommend Boerne Veterinary Clinic to anybody with a pet.
