“I went in looking for a pair of shoes for both me and my daughter, and Lydia was so helpful! She greeted us as soon as we walked in and made sure we knew about the sales going on. She checked in with us while we shopped but was never pushy, which I really appreciated.
The store started getting pretty busy with other customers, but Lydia never forgot about us. She continued to check in and made sure we had everything we needed while still helping others.
