“My husband lost his hearing aid there 45 minutes ago. I have called and let it ring five times till it disconnected me to find out if they had happened to find it. Nobody I mean nobody ever answered do they not train their new employees right or what? Completely totally disappointed! I am SO EMBARRESED! I looked it up & I had the old FD.,#! when I called the right number; yes she answered on the third ring so please forgive my bad review.”
