“Very professional excellent service and believe me guys he knows what he's doing he's the best of the best bro telling you you need service on your truck this is the man to go see he's the best of the best I'm telling you in Texas no one can beat them”
“Elias was kind and knowledgeable. Got my vehicle in for service quickly and addressed my questions. He offered additional recommendations but was not pushy at all. I’ll be back.”
“Super easy to make an appointment and choose the service(s) you need. Got my inspection done today and was in and out quickly. Staff is visibly happy to help as well.”
“This is where I take mine and my wife's vehicle for all of our oil changes. I love visiting with Charles when I have time. Allen is a great young man as well! Best spot in Katy.”
“Since Take 5 has been open I have been going there for my oil changes. For the 2-3 years there have been 2 young men who have been changing my oil. They are both very good at their jobs! When I went in Sunday I was sweating due to my medication. One young man, he has beautiful locks, brought me a cold bottle of water. I thanked him however I am not sure he understood how totally grateful I am to him for his kindness. Robert, I think is the other young man’s name, was able to pull up my account and automatically gave me the coupon off the website! I am thankful for his kindness as well! I love the service I always receive at the Pin Oak location in Katy, TX. Big Katy Honks to the 2 gentleman there!!!

“I’m genuinely impressed by the team of gentlemen at this location. I am not wanting to leave reviews unless I am deeply dissatisfied with either service or product, but this is a rare instance where I am totally blown away by the care and effort that the employees here show their customers specifically Patrick and Rio, manager and GM. I’ve been through the ringer with car repairs as my vehicle is 25 years old, but these guys are genuine humans who truly care about their customers not only did they work with my budget, but they were extremely professional patient and kind I truly tipped my hat to these dudes as it is rare to find quality service and honest business when it comes to a vehicle repairs if you have something going on with your vehicle, I strongly suggest starting here to let the boys take a look thank you guys. You’ve made a customer out of me for sure.”
“I highly recommend Valvoline instant oil. They are very quick with oil changing and giving us more information about what the oil is and what other types of services they do. I got my wipes changed, oil, and filters changed under $200. I will definitely come again. Very satisfied and good customer service!”
“Welcoming staff, professional and took care of business. I recommend making a reservation on weekends if you can as line can be long. Came here on Sunday at 7am for tire replacement and had 3 people ahead of me. Mark and team are great. Will come back again.”

“The customer service is very professional and attentive. ( I had doubts at first because I had gotten a service for another truck before and the tech left something loose, the truck was dripping oil.) I gave it another try, and I was not disappointed, The new techs are responsible and polite they communicate before they do anything or charge you money.”
