“Gregory's Towing by far has the nicest staff that I have ever dealt with at a vehicle impound lot/storage facility. A customer unfortunately had one of our vehicles impounded at Gregory's Towing, and while the situation was unfortunate, it is by far the best experience I ever had retrieving a vehicle from impound. VSFs get a bad rap, but these people are courteous as can be and happily answered all of my questions over the phone before I went to retrieve the vehicle. They also tarped the window and didn't charge for it - any lot in Houston would have. If their tow services match the service in the office, these people are wholeheartedly worth recommending.”

“Ahmad was assigned to tow our car. He was friendly and professional.
He was very detailed on his eta and was quick to come to my location. He asked questions about our vehicle and I explained it may be the engine because it was sputtering and not turning on. It ended up being the battery. He made sure that if it died again after he left he would come back out and help us out again. Made us feel good that this wasn’t just a business transaction and made sure we had everything we needed and get to where we were safe.”
