“Ahmad was assigned to tow our car. He was friendly and professional.
He was very detailed on his eta and was quick to come to my location. He asked questions about our vehicle and I explained it may be the engine because it was sputtering and not turning on. It ended up being the battery. He made sure that if it died again after he left he would come back out and help us out again. Made us feel good that this wasn’t just a business transaction and made sure we had everything we needed and get to where we were safe.”
