He did a great job replacing the radiator and getting us back on the road safely. His prices were also reasonable! Mary at the front desk was enjoyable to talk to while we waited. “We had a flat tire about 10 miles outside of Brownfield . We called Franklin tire to see if they did roadside service. They said yes and said they would send someone . A nice young man arrived and said he felt the tire could be fixed. He took the tire back to there shop. He then retuned with the fixed tire and we were on our way home. Unfortunately when we called it was noon and no one was able to come until 1:30 so the hour and a half wait would be our only complaint otherwise we would recommend this company. We appreciated their honesty because they could have said we needed a new tire which would have been about $500 but instead they fixed ours and only charged us $70.”
“Dropped it off on my lunch break told me I was going to be ready the next day in about a couple hours later he called and let me know the issue what it was was understandable with me taking it back and fixing it on my own and rearranging an appointment for a another time after I got it fixed I think great place to get stuff done quick”

We were traveling with our trailer and so needed help right away, which Jacob provided and would not accept any compensation for. He was friendly and helpful.
