Dangerously addicting. Can't buy just one bracelet and charm. In my opinion they have better customer service in Brownsville than the Harlingen store. Can't go wrong with buying JA gifts.

I found what I wanted on their website so when I went to the store I knew exactly what I wanted. I walked in showed the sales associate what I wanted and she took me straight to the item. She was very helpful. I will return.

Was really shocked with this location. Went in to do an exchange on an online order for an expensive ring and manager gave me a hard time. Very unprofessional and rude took over the exchange from the First Lady that helped me. I love James Avery but this location was the worst one I've been to and it really shocked me. Customer service was bad shouldn't even matter if you made a purchase online because you're still purchasing from the company itself.

Decided to check this place out to buy something nice for my wife. It was a pleasant shopping experience. No pressure or rush from the sales associates.The store was clean and the jewelry was displayed in a manner that was not overwhelming to my senses.The manager, Laura, personally tended to my wife and I. She was friendly and answered any questions we had.I don’t usually frequent jewelry stores but would definitely recommend this one.

It was gonna be a bad experience untill the associate Brenda helped me out. The other lady there was only asking the female shoppers if they needed help but somehow disregarded me. Until Brenda showed up and asked if I needed help. She did a great job in helping me out.
