We’re here to help! The store is a clean place to find your materials for your DIY. Employees are helpful, though sometimes it takes long to show up. Staff greet customers with a smile and are very helpful. A favorite place for buying plants, with a most helpful gentleman/clerk who is attentive and courteous. Bathrooms are clean, but a broken toilet and faucets that do not stay on need fixing. The store has less in Brownsville than the Harlingen location, which has more in some areas. An employee said hello and guided to aisle 3 down a bit on your right. The experience is faster than a convenience store.
I was having a hard time at first to get help but the lady in self check out went above and beyond great coustomer service we need more cashiers like her sylvia was a big help to get me the help i needed since i walk in defenetly would come back to shop here
