I want to continue just a bit about my experience at Lowe’s “Curbside Service “. I am thankful for the smiles, handshakes and professionalism exhibited by Gilberto, Roxy and Aden. By their example of service I am sure the rest of the crew are just as kind, helpful and extremely friendly, towards customers at the “Curbside Parking”. Whoever is responsible for interviewing and hiring these young people is on top of his/her game. Thank you Gilberto, Roxy, Aden and all those future team members I’ll meet along the way. I am sold on your “Curbside Service”.

Had windows installed and the people from this Lowe's have no clue of what they're doing. They schedule the day and forget to send the windows when the installer showed up he had to go get them himself. I tried calling today because water was coming in through the window and they take forever to answer and when they do answer they leave you on hold for a brief moment they say 30 minutes passed i hung up and i call back only to be transferred to a dept that doesn't answer so i hang up again called back and she says oh they didn't answer so i ask for a manager 10 minutes later i hung up and called service help and they took better care of my situation from long distance i also told them the service in the Brownsville store suck.

Ordered professional measurement and installation for a blind for a skylight. Described project in the information request and even sent photos of skylight and the room to contractor in charge. After agreeing to project, installer arrived to measure without ladder and then reported someone else would schedule another measurement. After multiple messages with different reasons why, was told they don't do that service (even though website promotes service) but agreed to refund the money for measurement and installation. Later got another call reporting they would only offer in store credit even though no one measured or did any work of any kind. Spent time with appointment, phone calls, emails all for nothing. You try to call the store and you sit on hold, no one ever answers. So disappointing and a huge waste of time. I'd be leary of any installation service since they agree to things, charge you, then don't do the service.

I WOULD NOT GIVE IT EVEN A SINGLE STAR, A GREAT PLACE.
WE BOUGHT A NEW WASHER AND IT WAS BROKEN AND WE WENT TO DELIVER IT AND IT WAS NO LONGER POSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY SAID BECAUSE WE PAID IN CASH WE ONLY HAD 2 DAYS TO RETURN IT!!! AND IF WE PAID WITH THE LOWES CARD IT WAS 30 DAYS RETURN... AND IN THE END THEY WASHED THEIR HANDS AND DID NOT TAKE CARE OF THE WASHER!!!! TERRIBLE PURCHASE AT LOWES

My favorite place for buying my plants! Always greeted with a smile! And my husband went inside to look for a home improvement item and was also greeted by a most helpful gentleman/clerk, and was very attentive and courteous. Highly recommend if you looking to escape to plant land and more!

I walked in I went to the paint department no one was there the button and no one came. I asked the returns cashier if he had anybody in paint. He would not page anyone and he told me know I had to punch the button. I went to the check girl and she paged someone. I returned to the "order paint here" sign. A man and women came up punched the button, a kid immediately walks up and ask how he could help them. I said " I've been waiting here at least 10 minutes". The kid just stared at me and didn't offer to help me. I left and went else where. All the kid had to ask was who was next. I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at Lowe's Brownsville since they opened. All the appliances for my home. Over a thousand dollars just to replace light fixtures. I will never spend another dollar

The store and bathrooms are very clean. The bathroom had one broken toilet and faucets do not stay on even for a short time had to hold it down to rinse hands. Youre a hardware store, fix it. There is less in this store in brownsville than the store in harlingen. Harlingen almost has to much in some areas.
