“Just fantastic, store full of customers, waited, I didn't know what diameter hose I needed, just needed to convert a 3500 to a flatbed fuel filler neck. Without hesitation the clerk simply said, "...let's take what you have to the back and see if we can't find what you need." We did. We walked their line of in-stock hose and within 4 minutes we found the perfect size, with the perfect bends in it. I don't know that I'd of been able to do this any other way. The thing is, the store was busy, you know, lot's of activity. But the thing is, I was not rushed. I saw some clamps I needed, we stopped. I said, "Do you mind, I might need a couple of these?" The clerk said, "No problem, let me just get something to write with." When we got back up front he rang me out like we were friends, and the place was still bustling. I've been to this place of business over the last 3 years and I've not ever once not found what I needed. These folks don't ask you "what's the year, make and model?" These guys ask you what you need, and they make sure they get it for you or have it in less than 72 hours. What a great place to do business. Reminds me of olden times. 100% recommend NAPA of Brownwood.”
“Had a good experience today. The customer service guy seemed pretty knowledgeable and was very polite. He was also quite patient. He ended up saving me a fair amount on an oil kit. They had everything I needed, except for a filter for the motor. I got a cabin filter, oil, and an oil filter. I did order a spare filter which should be in the store in the next few days. All in all a good experience.”
