“I’m new to Brownwood area. Went into the store yesterday. It’s very convenient to where I live and the people were awesome. Also an amazing selection of items. Also love the home style meat market. I grew up with one and love it. They have fresh deli meat and a good selection. Will be able to buy fresh and cook same day. Very excited about this. Wished had charge account like my old store”
“if there was a Brookshires in Kerrville, I would probably shop there more than HEB.
Store is very clean and well stocked. Prices seemed inline with HEB.

“I didn't go in, just dropped off the wife. Selection is limited, but what they do have is more affordable than at other grocery stores. Their "store branded" items are mostly pretty good as well and even cheaper.”

“The manager of this store works hard to keep it clean and stocked. They usually have plenty of product on the shelves and always have the current sales tags and promotions in place. I prefer this location, even though our town has several DG's, because of the cleanliness and well maintained aisles.”

“Great store, but one employee is completely insufferable. She is rude to customers and has run most of my family from food plaza to the west a go on coggin since no one wants to even be around her. When shes gone I'll be back she ruins many peoples mornings.”

“You can always stop for food at the food plaza love them places clean restroom not a nice atmosphere nice people working for food plaza very respectful very caring stop by and visit”
“This place actually cares about their customers and about their safety and well-being and health. They offer products that are healthy and in-date and I especially like the fact that they offer $50-500 point Friday's occasionally that will help with gas savings of 50 cents off per gallon plus if you use your regular points I have saved up to a dollar, take that Trump! Make sure to use your app and upload all of the coupons they have available to your app before you go in from a PC with a stable internet connection or from your phone at home on a private Network, because if you try to load them at the store you will probably not have very good internet service due to the fact that they are so close to the more than well-known Dead zone around the traffic T. We generally save around 30% to 40% off of the regular price and have gotten over a dollar per gallon off of fuel at least twice a month on fill ups, they are by far the best grocer in town and second place Award goes to Brookshire's. Places like Aldi and Local Cuts and even Sligers cannot compare to how quality the food is at United. There is that one girl that works there by the self checkout that if you have more than one item over the limit she will not allow you to check out and therefore we just leave the products, cold food and all in the basket for her to restock and they don't allow her to work up there much anymore since that happened so that lets me know they are actually paying attention to their customers and their customers complaints and addressing them which is highly important in today's world as most people don't want to put out the effort. I used to think we needed an H-E-B so bad, but now I am starting to realize that this United is actually better than most HEBs also. Keep up the good work management and keep those kids in check and using old school values!!”

“E-Z Mart open 7day 24hr service for gas drinks snacks. Great management, very respectful employees, a courteous and well managers always to assist you, help you look what you need.”
“Good selections and variety. Grocery department is Always busy. Many clerks pulling curbside orders with those large carts gets a little annoying having to get around them.”
“My over all experience with the Brownwood Walmart Super Center is generally good. But I have had issues such as a buggy collector, cussing in a fit of rage late at night. As well as a clerk that was standing and listening in on a conversation between my, my mother and niece as if she was part of my family. As well as customers being rude in the parking lot, while I had been trying to find my 73 year old mother who was roaming the parking lot in the rain. All because I had stopped when I found her, and got out to load her stuff in the car while it was raining. I also tend to avoid Brownwood Walmart super center, on weekends and holidays due to the loud level of noise in the store from customers. So I do not blame Walmart for rude customers, but do feel like This Walmart does tend to employee a lot of lazy people. But they also employee a lot of others who will go above and beyond their job descriptions, just to ensure I find what I am looking for. As well as many more who are friendly, that have made me feel as if I am truly valued.”

“The produce section is so fresh it smells like an orchard! The store is exceptionally clean and organized. Unfortunately, my club number didn't work, even though they're owned by the same company and carry the same store brands. The employee didn't bother to offer a discount code like my store (Vons) does for tourists.”
