“I had such a great experience at Harbor Freight thanks to Priscilla! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a friendly smile and was eager to help. She really knows her stuff — she helped me find exactly what I needed, explained the differences between a few tools, and even made sure I got the best deal with current discounts.
What stood out most was her professionalism and genuine care for customers. It’s rare these days to find someone who goes above and beyond like that. Priscilla made my shopping trip quick, easy, and enjoyable — she’s a real asset to Harbor Freight!
If you stop by this location, definitely look for Priscilla. She’ll take great care of you!”
“Ive never liked farm stores because the employees were rude and never act like they want to be at work.. but this store in brownwood TX, they generally care about their customers.. I've never had a bad experience or employee here...”
“Great store. Not as big as home despot, but McCoy's can order anything.
Staff really on top of things. Good customer service. No communication probs, no ESL.
REALLY appreciate that this business hasn't slightly dimmed their lights to save money like almost every other retail store seems to be doing.
Depending on how many or where cars are parked in lot, RV/trailer might be a little hard to maneuver.
If you're in a wheelchair, even oversize, you shouldn't have any maneuverability problems. Aisles generally have sufficient space to get around.”
“I love visiting the Home Depot Pro Desk in Brownwood and seeing all those amazing, hardworking, friendly, and helpful faces almost every day! Thank you all for everything you do to help Doer’s Get More Done! :)”
“Bro give my mans Danny a raise I went in there and he show me some discounted light and also directed me on what nails to buy to hang them up hands down like bro give him employ of the year he's so nice and helpful like bruhhhh and dis Home Depot is solid too not the best I ever been but it's up there”
“The lady at register was super helpful, way more helpful then the two just wandering around who had no idea were to find stuff or even look. She took the time out to check her computer to find the right part. 10/10 for her.”

“We had a great experience with Weakley-Watson Hardware when Vanessa came to our rescue in Santa Anna and programmed 3 key fobs for my grandson’s car when he lost his at Lake Brownwood. She came the same day we called and even after 5:00 pm. It only took her 20 minutes and everything is working as expected and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Vanessa and Weakley-Watson Hardware!”
