This is twice that I had scheduled a time for them to install the Internet. The first time they never showed up or even called me to let me know that they couldn't make it. The second time I set up a time for them to come install my Internet, they said that they couldn't do it until I paid the bill. I have never had astound internet so there's no way I could have a bill.

Before they were bought out they were great, since then, the quality has drastically decreased. We have the same devices as before. Nothing has changed on our end. I have called a couple of times to complain and they tell me that it is great going into the router. Huh, nothing has changed except the company providing the service. We are going to change to Frontier. We had them when we lived in Plano with not a single issue. I hate to see this local company sell to a large, corporate and then this happens. SMH

HAD THEM COME ON A SERVICE CALL , I HAVE INSOMNIA, MADE APPT AT 1-5 PM HE CALLS AT 10 WAKES ME UP I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE MET SUCH A OLDER JERK LIKE THIS BEFORE ! WOW , NO ASTOUND ITS NOT MY TV'S THEY ARE NEW....YET SERVICE SAID WHERE YOU GET IT AT WALMART ??? NO ! I DID NOT THE SERVIE SAYS LOADING LIKE A BLUE CIRCLE IN MIDDLE DOES IT DAY AND NIGHT WHEN ONLY ONE TV IS ON !! SO NO 3

My basic internet works well for my roku, laptop and phones at the same time. Love that you can pay online easily.Update - DO NOT GET ASTOUND MOBILEIt runs off of T-Mobile and it's so slow to receive or send plain text messages.LOVE the Internet and the staff but big no to the mobile option!

I called at 4:55 pm and “after hours” answered and said they were already gone for the day. I said I thought they were open til 5. Well ma’am, it is 4:55. HmmmMy internet was great until it changed to Astound. I might be looking for better service.

Just wanted to say we absolutely love this Internet company we’ve had them for years a never ever had an issue. Saturday a guy named Darrell came an connected our internet at our new home an he was so calm an patient despite my 4 crazy kids being annoying not only that but when he was fixing the line outside he accidentally broke one of our front porch decorations…he fixed it the best he could for the time being an then came back a few days later with a brand new one ❤️ doesn’t seem like a big deal to most but it meant a lot to us! Most people will just fix it temporarily an never say anything but he went above a beyond for us a for that we are grateful. The world needs more people like him. Thank y’all for always giving us the best experience!

We are new to Brownwood and we’re looking for a solid internet provider that also has great customer support if something should go wrong. Lionel was my installer and he did a fantastic job. He was super professional and explained everything clearly. He was in and out quickly and our system works great! Great job Lionel, and thank you!

We love the service but one employee was charging us more then what our bill was so when we caught on we started going to the other employee and have had no problems since until the last 3 times her being the only employee available to make our payment to. We went Friday and was told we were 2 months behind which we aren’t so I made an account online logged in and went through the last 3 months and it showed we were charged 132 dollars this month that was posted on our account from January saying that we paid paid our monthly bill plus an extra 132 the next day which was false and didn’t pay for February which we did but shows no payment for February and was taken out of the 132 instead and this month the 132 was added to our bill ? someone is pocketing people’s money by overcharging and trying to cover their tracks on the statements but clearly made a mistake! Where this 132 came from I have no clue and I will not pay it! So now that I have proof of this employee taking money from the people or company I will be contacting a manager or supervisor tomorrow! Other then that it’s great service

Call to complain about service on our Music and was told that it was OK and I let them listen to it through my phone and they still claimed it was my problem but this has been going on for several years and they never admit they have a problem and they claim that they were going to upgrade to a better system in August so by that they admitted that they had a problem they said that they would have a manager to call me two days ago and I have not heard from anybody so we've changed over to FM music for our in-house sound instead of through Harris broadband do not recommend very poor follow up poor service and I had heard that they had sold out and the Harris is no longer around it and I've seen other post where many other people have said the same thing the service used to be good and now it's not do not recommend.(Siri transcription)

The people at Harris are helpful and friendly. I would recommend if you get internet from them to rent a modem instead of buying one. They will maintenance the modem, whereas, if you bought one you would be responsible for it. Internet is fast and affordable. Makes doing my schoolwork a breeze.
