“I came in to exchange a phone after it went through a cycle in my washing machine and had an area of burn out on the screen. (As an aside, only malfunction after going through a wash cycle was a small area of burn out in the bottom left corner. It was an iPhone SE). Taylor and Matthew helped me and they were super! Taylor was patient and helped me get a great deal on a new phone. I would highly recommend dealing with either Matthew or Taylor at this store.”

“Today we took my 80 yr old grandpa in to get a new phone and the employees were all amazing especially Vanessa she went over and beyond taking the time to set his new phone up the exact same as the previous one to where he didn’t have to worry about how to get to his stuff. My only recommendation would be to the owner and mangers that they should appreciate their employees as much as the customers appreciate them and give them some stools or something to make them a little more comfortable while they work”
“The San Anglo office ladies are awesome. As far as a couple of ladies at the brownwood store they are a joke asking info that they don't need and getting attitude when you call them out on it then ask to speak to their supervisor and they say they are when you know that they aren't the supervisor. Because the supervisor in the brownwood office is a guy. But their cell service and wireless internet is good I have several things hooked up to my wifi with no problems.”
