“The San Anglo office ladies are awesome. As far as a couple of ladies at the brownwood store they are a joke asking info that they don't need and getting attitude when you call them out on it then ask to speak to their supervisor and they say they are when you know that they aren't the supervisor. Because the supervisor in the brownwood office is a guy. But their cell service and wireless internet is good I have several things hooked up to my wifi with no problems.”

“I signed up with this company because it was local, and I was tired of big boys like verizon, I had a pretty bad experience with Verizon and at&t. I told the person that came to set me up with the internet that I did not want anything on my roof, like hughesnet, it seems really wrong that companies can leave stuff on your properties roof and stuff which basically downgrades the value of your property. After they set up the internet, it wasn't really working very well for me. I let them know and then one of the employees came and set up a pole which raised the unit responsible for transmitting the internet. Weirdly, after this I had no internet. So I had to cancel my account. It was very disappointing. The folks that came out to set stuff up were really friendly. But when they came to take things down to close my account, they left cords in the wall of my house, just hanging there looking super ugly. It was really upsetting. This was actually a little while ago, not like last week or last month. I decided I should leave a review, in case it would help anyone.
