“I visit the Brownwood, TX Postal Service Center at least TWICE monthly. Ms. Lilly, Sara and Mr. Smiley are always warm and welcoming. There is also another extremely nice and helpful clerk, but sadly I can't remember her name at present. The entire team at this location are always nice, kind, caring, knowledgeable, empathetic, take initiative to find options that work best for me and are just all-around a great group of individuals. The pandemic has been especially difficult for us all to adapt to, but they have been available for us each and everyday. In addition to such, they never forget to ask about me personally and actually care....it's not just "part of what they do as employees". It's not always about business, they care about "people as people"! They make my visits a welcome break to the day-to-day norm of hustle-n-bustle. GREAT JOB LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!”
