He checked out my car for free as well, due to an oil change the check engine light came on due to them not clearing the codes. He is a great business man. He gives above and beyond services!”

“Took my 2013 peterbilt 587 into the shop approximately month and a half ago with check engine light on. Thought it was fixed went on the road just to have it come back on. This time they had it in the shop for about a month, running certain diagnostic tests on it, replaced high pressure pump, and a few other things, thought it was good to go. Went on a run to change Colorado ran great for about a week. Was at a loves truck stop, and they thought it was a bad fuel filter, changed it out, everything seemed ok. Went to Illinois, and then back to Texas. Went to start truck back up, it would run for a few minutes, then die. Finally got it started and made it back to peterbilt in Waco. Chris, the manager, whom I’ve been working with immediately put it back in the shop and had his most senior tech, Kevin work on it. After numerous testing , and lots of head scratching, he finally found the issue, and corrected the problem. During this whole complex situation, Chris, and Nick, who works at the service desk, and is awesome, helped me in every situation I was dealing with, even when I was on the road.They both were there for me when I needed help. Drivers, I’m telling you, this is the best customer service I have ever experienced, period!! Chris, Nick and the terrific technician Kevin truly care about the customers at this Rush Peterbilt, and I’m extremely grateful for that. Thank You for all that you have done for me, I will never forget ??”

“was quoted a price on a transmission for $200 got there the guy told me 45 and I'm like no I showed him the text messages from the owner of the what he told me and so he went ahead and gave it to me for $200 even though it was missing one part but he seen the picture he should have told me that before you told me 200 but they kept their word and they fix the problem and quality cores great place to take your stuff”
