My brother went to Buddy's in Bryan,Tx to get two knobs for his two burner camp stove he looked through box of used knobs they sold them for$12. Come on! they were from non working stoves they should have given the non matching knobs to him for free as good customer service Will not buy any other appliance in the future They lost a potential customer!!

We purchased a microwave and dishwasher with installation from Buddy’s because they have the best reputation in town. When we ran into an issue due to the appliances previously being installed incorrectly. Buddy and his installation crew were able to troubleshoot the problem and make sure everything was done properly and to my satisfaction. I don’t believe any other business in town would have spent the time and care that Buddy and his team spent with my install. If you are thinking about going somewhere else to save a few bucks or are thinking about doing a self install, I would recommend going to Buddy’s instead.

Interesting call with these folks today. I wanted to purchase an $845.00 washing machine from them - but they made it clear that they would not provide service because I am 3 miles outside of their 35 mile service limit. I offered to pay a slight surcharge...but that was not acceptable. For these 3 miles, they are choosing to pass on this sale and many others through the years. Unique position for a sales organization...

I cannot say enough good things about the team! Kaley is extremely helpful to answer questions promptly, and Deryl, their technician, always enlightens us on everything going on and never misses a detail. Yesterday, to my dismay, my dryer started squealing like a stuck pig. I am bedbound 24/7 and my room is on the opposite end of the house from the dryer. My caregiver, who mainly speaks Spanish, did not know who to call for repairs that could be trusted. The Latino community is used to being taken advantage of when it comes to these types of needs. She even had a friend offer to sell her a two-year-old dryer for $200.
I told her we would call Buddy's because they have been absolutely honest and competent in our dealings for 30+ years. When asked, I told her it was doubtful Buddy's would be able to come the next day. To my surprise, they DID come the next morning!
Zach was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I quickly determined the problem, fixed it, and took care of some maintenance in about an hour! My caregiver was astonished. After he left, my caregiver moved the dryer to clean behind it and discovered a hole in the hose and very old duct tape leading to the outside, and that it had come unattached from the outside portal. I was able to call Zach, who immediately returned and REPLACED the hose with a new one, complete with clips to hold the hose in place - AT NO CHARGE!
To say we were blown away by Zach's kindness is an understatement. My caregiver has already recommended Buddy’s on her Facebook page. I am only too happy to do so here. I am very pleased to say Buddy's will continue to get my business, and now, the business of an underserved community as well.

Needed a vent switch replaced on the hood vent over my stove. Even if they purchased the part they would not come out and install it because they didn’t install the hood. Really this was a spec home. They have come out numerous times to fix my gas stove and other appliances they did not install. Rude customer service on the phone. Will not be back. Use to think you were a great company and worked with many times.!

My family and I built a brand new home. We purchase 12k dollars on appliances. The refrigerator broke three different times and they never would replace the product. Horrible business and they will not stand up to their product. I will never buy anything from Buddy's ever again!

Tried to get Buddy's to come out to do a leak check on my stovetop. To be fair, I had another company replace the igniters and they had to remove two burner gas lines for access. Despite my request, they did not do a leak check. I don't want to take a chance with gas, so called Buddy's to request a leak check. They refused, saying we do not come behind other techs. I was not asking them to verify other work or take on liability from other firm.

We just moved to College Station and needed a new fridge and w/d. We walked in on a Wednesday, got a discount for the three pieces, and they worked in delivery on Friday just when we needed it. Chase did the delivery and setup and was great! We highly recommend!

Incredible service. Minor issue on a tough dishwasher installation, and Buddy came out immediately to inspect and make it right. You can buy with confidence that they treat customers well!
