“Never had any issues with this bank but I don't really use their financing, just checking+savings. The few times I needed help or a question answered the tellers (and manager) have been able to get me squared away on the spot. Their mobile app is a bit buggy and the fact that they aren't on Zelle is annoying but otherwise it's a fine bank.”

“I needed paperwork completed by the bank for my sister medical benefits that was due by Feb 20. They told me they needed copy of power of atty paperwork first and then I would need to leave info there with them and I could pic it up at later date. I went home and got necessary paperwork and i was able to speak with Araceli Garcia. She made copy of the poa paperwork and then completed my paperwork right then so I can get info turned in on time. She was so professional and very attentive to my needs! I really appreciate her! Yall are blessed to have her!”
