“Today I have had the pleasure of meeting the assistant manager Chrissy . Even though I had the app already download I never used it because I didn't know how. Today to my surprise she stopped me to assist me in the store and educated me about the app. I am so gratefull. Not only did she make me feel welcome. She educated me while helping me save. I couldn't have asked for even better experience. Thank you Miss Chrissy..”

“The staff at this Dollar General are particularly friendly compared to some of the others in the BCS area.Plus, since the new management has taken over the store, she has really cleaned this place up. Especially the clearance area which used to be in shambles.”

“I read the comments before going to this location. When I arrived I wasn't sure what to expect. I walked inside to a clean organized store. I grabbed my couple items and proceeded to the check out. The manager happened to be up front being they had just opened. I struck up a conversation, saying they had terrible ratings especially older comments. She informed me those were back when she worked by herself. She couldn't find people who wanted to work or didn't want to do that type of work. (been there, done that). I mentioned I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised to see the transformation. I saw the pictures of past customers and wondered if they took the time to ask what was going on OR were they a complaining KAREN. You know the kind of people who complain about EVERYTHING! If one is not part of the solution, then one is part of the problem! I forgot to get her (manager) name but she is part of the solution! I'll be back to THIS location again! Clean, organized with polite staff!!! Well done from a happy customer!!!”

“Convenient location. One of the coolers in the front was not cold. I brought it to the cashier's attention and he told me he submitted a work order already. It was refreshing to hear one of the employees aware the thing was broke and doing something to get it repaired. That guy should be your next candidate to manage a district. We need more common sense thinking and less standing around with shoulders shrugged waiting to be told what to do.”

“Cluttered yet clean and impossibly stuffed with everything you might need for your home - that's Dollar Generals everywhere. The employees at this one have always been nice & helpful to me and everyone else I've seen ask for help. And by paying attention to the sales or closeouts you can score some pretty good bargains.”
