  Ordered something that was out for delivery on April 11th. Got notified that they could not reliever and would try again, then have not received any further notification or attempts. I have emailed about this twice and had nothing but a screenshot of the “out for delivery - April 11” sent back to me.

  They are a glorified drop box. They can't do anything other than give you packages or receive packages that are ready to drop off. Not sure why fedex wouldn't go the extra inch and provide them capabilities to print off labels.
