Went in this morning and wow. The staff attitude could not be worse. I had a very simple need and we got it done (who hoo! Thats why I gave two stars), but wow. Everyone in there woke up on the wrong side of the bed today!

Although they could not accept my return for shipping because it of the Lithium-Ion battery, the staff here were super helpful and accommodating to get my fixed up with the supplies I needed to package it up and drop it off at the FedEx warehouse in Bryan.
