This is right by our house so it’s fast and easy when it comes to shopping and is usually never over crowded unless it’s a holiday. This is a good place to shop for your stuff

The young lady tonight (9:30ish) with the purple nails working self checkout by herself is the nastiest ,and rudest person. I recently lost my ID and was issued a paper one from the DMV she refused to accept it and was so disrespectful talking about me when she called her manager acting like I could not hear her.I was able to prove to her my age and I have my Aggie ring and an alternate form of ID, it truly felt like she was racially discriminating me because of her mannerisms and her attitude towards me (I am a Latina Woman). I do not understand how people like her have a job in customer service. The way she treats H‑E‑B customers is disgusting and I do not understand how hard it is for her to treat people with kindness.

Alejandro took my call today and he made my day a million times better. I had my prescription sent to Walgreens, but apparently they didn't have it? They didn't tell me that until two days had passed and I went in to see if it was ready since I hadn't been updated. I was told that I would have to reach out to "other pharmacies in the area to see if they could help" me. Today, Alejandro not only checked all my information, filled my prescription and pushed my insurance through... He lifted a weight off my chest and made my life easier. Thank you thank you thank you!!

The curbside at this location is absolutely terrible, for the past 3 curbsides I've placed they've at least forgotten 2 items never fails.

Wow. Super super super slow. They also don't tell you when they can't get your Rx because they don't have it for 4+ days until you call and ask them what happened. Absolutely terrible.

It's 11am on Oct 11th 2022 and I'm not sure what her name is, but you guys had the sweetest person delivering meds today! She's only been here one other time but remembered we had a newborn and was sure to knock super soft! So so thoughtful! ❤️

Today my wife and I went to the HEB on Villa Maria in Bryan, Texas.I'm gonna get right to my complaint.My wife, along with several other customers, were waiting in line at the pharmacy. My wife was next to be served when another pharmacy tech "Jesūs" came to the service window and began helping a woman who was not in line having walked past it ignoring it. My wife waved at Jesus addressing him that there was a line.The pharmacy tech would not acknowledge my wife so as my wife went to the next adjacent techs window she tapped on the glass and said,"There's a line of people waiting here" Having heard my wife I turned from a public BP/Weight Machine and saw Jesus verbally admonishing my wife by his incompetence whereas he stated,"I just take who walks up to my window" whereas he was pointing dispectfully at my wife and had an angry scowl on his face. At this point I said,"Who do you think you are speaking to someone like that!? That's my wife your speaking to!!"At this point he began arguing to justify his behavior which I expressed was unprofessional and a joke!The pharmacist came up but said nothing along with the tech serving my wife who also said nothing.As we began walking away an older heavy set bearded male approached me and asked, "IS everything OK over here?" I gave a synopsis of what had just occurred and was asked,"Do you want to talk about it?" which I did not having already explained the situation to him. I advised he get the individual Jesus straight as he caused a completely avoidable incident.Typically HEB is great but given no one in the pharmacy or management gave the impression by their words and/or actions to provide customer service I truly hope corporate sees this YELP as this is one of the worst HEB's we've been to.

They're still having an issue filling my test strips prescription. And still after filling out their little Medicare form. But it's ok because I won't have to deal with it after tomorrow because I'll be getting them shipped to me by a medical supplier thanks to Medicare.

We just switched to the HEB Pharmacy from a big name pharmacy down the road, and I regret not making this switch the moment I moved to town. Following a trip to urgent care, my 2 year old’s prescription was ready early, and everyone I interacted with was so so kind and knowledgeable. The customer service was on par with what we’ve come to expect from HEB, and this momma had happy tears by the time I was walking out, prescription in hand, less than 30 minutes after it had been called in. If you’re considering switching pharmacies, take this as your sign to do it.
