I'm going to go ahead and compare the two. Kroger has surpassed HEB in almost every way in the past 5 or so years. One thing I like most is that the people that work here are genuine and helpful. HEB workers not so much.

Kroger has a little bit of everything you need, some of the best features or they’re open till 1 AM, and they have a Starbucks in the store. They also have grab and go meals prepackaged in case you just need to grab something and get in your car and keep going from sandwiches to sushi and the store is very clean

I always enjoy myself at Kroger's store is clean. Shopping is fine. My only issue is this one elderly cashier that is always in self. Check out. I stopped by still in my office as uniform.Yet she still watches me.And when I need help she's not paying attention
