“Overall great experience, Austin was great and super helpful! I have an older phone that gave us some trouble, but he handled it and knocked it out like a pro. Give them a shout with anything you need, only thing I would say is these guys need better chairs!!”

“Shoutout to Reed at this AT&T location. Even though I didn't buy my phone here, he was able to help with a huge problem on my AT&T phone. I wasn't getting text messages, including AT&T's own confirmation texts after spending 20 minutes in the automated phone system I still couldn't reach a real person. Came to this location. Reed happily reset the network settings, changed to an electronic SIM and did a few other things to the settings. Problem was fixed in literally under two minutes. This is how customer service should be.”

“Stone took great care of everything I needed help with. he greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and immediately got to help me with the issue that I previously visited two other stores to try to get help for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that asks what carrier/store they should visit. He was knowledgeable, Informative professional, And I walked out of the store, a satisfied customer!”

“I can’t recommend this shop highly enough. What impressed me most wasn’t just the quality of the work (and parts used)—it was the owner’s honesty and integrity. He specially ordered parts for my phone, and when the first repair ultimately didn’t solve all the issues, he refunded me without hesitation, even though those parts had been ordered specifically for my repair. When I offered to pay him for the time and effort he had already put into diagnosing the problem, he politely declined. Throughout the entire process, he was focused on finding the smartest and most cost-effective solution for me, even when that meant recommending options that earned him less money. He was always kind, easy to reach, flexible with scheduling, and genuinely cared about helping rather than making a sale. It’s rare to find someone who puts their customers ahead of profit, and that level of integrity deserves recognition. If you need phone repairs, this is the place to go.”
