“Shoutout to Reed at this AT&T location. Even though I didn't buy my phone here, he was able to help with a huge problem on my AT&T phone. I wasn't getting text messages, including AT&T's own confirmation texts after spending 20 minutes in the automated phone system I still couldn't reach a real person. Came to this location. Reed happily reset the network settings, changed to an electronic SIM and did a few other things to the settings. Problem was fixed in literally under two minutes. This is how customer service should be.”
