“My little guy broke his screen and I went I to the Cricket store for help getting a new phone. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Fulvio he was so kind and friendly had no problem answering all my questions about getting a new phone. I had to come back another day due to the fact I didn't have the old phone with me but when I did Mr. Fulvio was there again and welcomed me back and kindly helped me set up the new phone.
