I don't know what they've done recently but the customer service at this branch has improved significantly. The tellers are very patient and helpful. They even are helpful when you drop in minutes before closing (although I'm sure they're annoyed). For the one star reviews, I recommend giving this branch another shot.

This post isn’t about this branch but about prosperity as a whole. I have never been with a bank that suffers from so many issues. Online banking breaking non stop, poor features, the app is soooooo bad, cards are junk. It’s blows my mind.

It's always been a pain getting to the drive thru from the 29th Street side entrance. Today I had a rude bank teller at the drive thru help me out. I'm going to spend a little extra time driving to a different branch next time.
